You also agree that GoodDate may use your information to verify your identity, run a public records check, and limited background check.

Safe Verification does not guarantee that a person is completely safe to interact with, and users should always exercise caution when engaging with others online or in person.
11. Profile Content Policy.
- You will not provide photos that are not your own, AI generated, or heavily altered.
- You will not pretend to be someone you are not, including using false information in your profile.
- You will not provide any contact information in your profile, such as Telegram handles.
- You will not provide explicit, racist, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content in your profile.
12. Account Suspension.
In the event that we detect suspicious activity on your account, such as the use of bots, scripts, or other automated systems to access the platform, we reserve the right to suspend your account temporarily or permanently. In these cases we will not delete your data as we'll use it to fingerprint and investigate similar activity in the future.
